Rentroom is seeking interns to support its growing CRM database and assist in the creation of scaleable sales processes.
As a sales operations & analytics intern on the Rentroom team, you will be part of a start-up organization that is dedicated to disrupting the property management process. You will be responsible for collaborating with our sales, growth, and marketing departments to analyze relevant market trends from our existing data, as well as updating our current CRM information and honing scalable processes as our sales team grows. Your passion to learn from our team will be critical in your development and our goal is to make you an expert in sales operations, Salesloft reporting, Salesforce reporting, and Phantombuster.
*Work with the growth and sales teams to update existing CRM records
*Track complete-funnel analytics to provide further insight into our market positioning via Salesforce and Salesloft reports
*Suggest and implement operational improvements based on findings i.e. "Best time to call," "Most popular markets in April 2022," etc.
*Work with the growth department to follow scaled processes in importing new leads into the CRM
*Able to learn and apply new concepts quickly
*Able to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
*Able to work effectively in an open-seating environment
*Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft is a plus
